 Consultations, Pricing and Deliveries for Wedding Cakes - It is always helpful to have your venue, floral arrangements
and theme decisions made prior to setting up the cake consultation but it is not required. It will
make it easier to determine what type of design you are looking to achieve. If you have not reached that point though, we can get started as far as discussing design ideas in order to secure your date until you are ready to finalize your design. Our
beautiful rolled fondant covered wedding cakes cost six dollars per slice. This would include a finished border around each tier whether it is ribbons, pearls or a number of other designs. We include more finish options within that price range than most bakeries tend to.The anniversary tier is always a gift to the bride and groom! For more complex designs, the price would be determined once the design has been decided upon. Due to the fact that we specialize in elegant rolled fondant covered cakes, our cakes take on an almost porcelain or beautiful satin like finish depending upon your preference. The design possibilities are truly limitless! Feel free to call us and we can talk about creating a design that will be personal and unique to your wedding and we can set up the most fun part which is of course, the cake tasting! Remember, this should be a fun experience and will be a special focal point at your wedding that you and your guests will always remember!  Pricing for Sculpted Cakes - Sculpted cakes are handled on a cake by cake
basis. Because sculpted cakes are so unique in nature and can consist of two or
three foot tall standing sculptures or could be sculpted automobiles,
airplanes, animals, buildings or just about anything else, it would be impossible to
have a one size fits all price. If you are interested in an extremely unique
cake like this, please call me and after talking with you, I will be able to
give you some options and price ranges for each option that will help you with
your decision. These cakes most always become the focal point at personal or
business gatherings!
Placing Orders- Because we choose to focus on creating exceptional cakes, both in design and tastes rather than choosing to operate a full service bakery, we purposely accept a limited number of cakes each month in order to insure that every single cake is not only fresh and exceptional tasting but is flawless in design. We especially get booked up early from the spring through the fall season so we encourage you to set up a cake tasting appointment as early as possible. Once you have decided on flavors, fillings and the final design, a non refundable retainer fee is required to place your order with the balance due thirty days prior to the event.
Cake Deliveries - Because of the delicate nature
of cakes, I deliver and set up all cakes within a ten mile radius of Rockport
for no charge. For all cakes that are delivered outside of that
area, I charge $30 per hour or a set mileage rate which includes the set up at each venue. For smaller cakes that do not require a set up, customers are welcome to pick up their cakes if they choose to.
